W-Holistic Business Solutions – Our client, a reputable Manufacturing company in Lagos seeks to recruit suitably qualified candidates for the position below :
Job Title: Customer Care Officer
The responsibilities of the ideal candidate will be to:
Attend to customers’ orders, enquiries and complaints through phone calls, mails and social media.
Prepare reports by collecting and analysing customers’ orders, enquiries and complaints, and send it via the management reporting system.
Occasionally be involved in attending to walk-in customers and perform other duties as required by the CEO.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
The candidate should have OND/HND in any field with at least 1 year relevant work experience.
Proximity to the location is compulsory (Ogba).
Competencies and Skills:
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Must possess phone answering skills
Must be patient
Must be able to listen attentively
Must be humble
Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel.
Ability to write reports
Must possess problem-solving skills
Must possess conflict management/negotiation skills
Between 20,000 – 25,000 naira.
