Summary of Position:
The primary responsibility is to make outbound phone calls pro-actively to up-sell the Company’s products and services. To build and manage telephone relationships with existing and prospective clients, and efficiently deal with all inquiries from existing customers through to a satisfactory conclusion, ensuring repeat business by projecting a positive and professional image to the customers at all times.

• 1-2 years experience within sales / customer services
